What will your contributions be?

Your mission will be to improve the team's knowledge about adequate technology evolutions (performance, robustness, security…). Be an autonomous and ambitious tech lead that can leverage growth and support the technological traffic boost that comes with it. Support and manage current and future technologies (Blockchain, DeFi...). Also you will ensure that the required Software Quality standards are met and have the adequate automated tests.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and responsibilities:

• Exchange developer builder 💱: You will be part of the team that develops the exchange of our users from scratch which is a key part of our business. You will also participate in agile activities (standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews...).
• DeFi product expert 💸: Develop new products that interact with Decentralized Finance by applying best practices and learning from every trend and update available in the tech world. Also you will need to maintain the software of the existing product portfolio. 
• Feature master🤖:  Analyze specs, understand, adapt and add upon the different features and codes by taking initiative and collaborating with product development team from a technical standpoint. Your job will also need creativity and continuous learning in order to master every new feature and integrate it into the current products. 
• Quality leader🔝: You’ll be in charge of improving the team’s knowledge about adequate technology evolutions (performance, robustness, security…) ensuring the required Software Quality standards are met with adequate automated tests. You will also collaborate with stakeholders (other fellow developers, VP Engineering, CTO, etc.)

• Typescript/Node/React/Flutter
• SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL/MongoDB)
• AWS or Azure, with a focus on Serverless

What will make you succeed with us? 

• 4+ years of experience in the development of large-scale online projects: We work with large-scale online projects and you will be in charge of the full-stack development.
• Experience with Blockchain technologies since this is our core business and you will need to understand and develop it.
• Experience with Typescript/Node/React/Flutter, these are some of the languages we use every day!
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud-based computing infrastructure (MySQL/PostgresSQL, AWS, Azure, etc. ), as a fullstack, it is key to know all about back and front!
• Experience working in fast-paced growing teams in an agile environment_ _because we work in a lean/agile environment, so you need to know about it.
• You are autonomously capable of analyzing and understanding product requirements and make proactive suggestions or initiatives, there is always room for improvement!
• Being highly organized, strong attention to detail, problem solver, to make every product with the best quality possible.
• Being a great team player with high communication skills and sense of humor, you have the ability to work collaboratively with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• You have a strong motivation for new technologies, we will encourage you to propose new ideas and developments and make them happen!

It will also be awesome if you have:

• Experience working with AWS services (Lambda, SQS)
• Experience in Cryptocurrencies & DeFi
• Experience with FE development (React/Nextjs)
• Experience as a Team Leader since our opportunities for growth are around the corner.
