Our misión is to create the first metaverse that interconnects all of them, making avatars and assets multi-metaverse compatible. Create your avatar, exchange NFTs, get a job, socialize and earn in the Gamium world using blockchain technology and token standards. Your contribution to Gamium will be exceptional through the following roles and contributions:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Design the most attractive job offers to attract the best candidates with a broad background in IT, such as Full Stack Programmers, DevOps, Unity Experts, Web3 developers…
  • Design an individualized and competitive Hiring Process in which our candidates enjoy the experience of being part of the process.
  • Attract the best profiles that meet any need that may arise within Gamium in each of its areas.
  • Lead the Recruiting Process aligned with Gamium’s strategy. We will at least double the size of the team in the following months to accomplish the strategy!

What will make you succeed with us?

  • If you have more than 3 years of experience leading recruitment processes for IT profiles, since these are the main profiles we look for!
  • Communicative skills. Communication will play a very important role to retain internal talent and attract the best external talent.
  • Motivation and persuasión skills. We need a motivated person capable of spreading that enthusiasm to the team. A person who solves conflicts in a dynamic work environment with the ability to influence in a close and effective way.
  • To know and understand Blockchain technology, being curious and proactive, enjoying continuous learning.
  • Negotiation skills. It will be necessary to coordinate with external partners, manage training policy and retain internal talent effectively.
  • Fluent English. It will be essential as we’ll be looking for international profiles to join Gamium’s team.

You will be a more successful candidate even if…

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in consultancy or high-growth startups, as you are going to carry out several IT recruiting processes at the same time.
  • You have worked with international teams.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and/or other languages.
