We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to accelerate our rapid growth curve as it expands into new markets and revenue streams.
Working across B2C and B2B customer segments the Marketing Director will be responsible for driving acquisition and retention strategies across new and existing markets, establishing a marketing technology framework based on automation and machine learning, and increasing customer lifetime value across all segments.

Some of the position key responsibilities are:
- Delivery of B2C and B2B revenue targets within cost efficiency thresholds
- Ensuring payback of marketing spend within specified timelines
- Optimizing marketing investment to ensure appropriate ratios of customer lifetime value to CAC
- Enhancing existing marketing technology capabilities to support scalable growth
- Working with the Data Engineering team to ensure accurate attribution of marketing investment
- Implementing robust testing frameworks and strategies
- Working closely with the Sales Director to optimise the end-to-end customer experience for B2B segments
- Working closely with strategic partners to accelerate growth of these distinct revenue streams
- Leading an experienced team of marketing professionals, scaling resources to match the aggressive growth strategy
- Building brand reputation as a growth driver across all markets
What are we looking for?
- At least 10 years’ experience working in marketing departments in high growth
- digital companies
- At least 2-5 years leading marketing teams.
- Demonstrable experience of driving marketing-led growth, including scaling hyper growth ecommerce start-ups
- Proven capability of driving successful international expansion through marketing
- Proven track record of establishing scalable, data-driven marketing strategies
- High level of proficiency in the use of data and technology to drive revenue growth
- High level of proficiency in data analytics and segmentation, with data modelling capabilities a big plus
- Proven ability of driving brand favorability
- Ability to motivate and inspire an experienced team
- Fluent in English is a must. Some interview phases will be in english. Also Spanish, Italian, Holland or France is a plus.
